We loved our stay with the cozy room and enjoyed the rooftop restaurant – the views were amazing! The rooftop pool and lounge chairs were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The rooftop pool had amazing views! I especially loved the outdoor seating area and the M lounge with snacks available 24/7. the modern aesthetics of the room made our stay feel luxurious. Room service was quick and the food was delivered at just the right temperature.

However, sleeping conditions were a letdown—the bed felt uncomfortable, and outside traffic noise made it tough to catch quality z’s. The bathroom had a finicky door that didn't shut completely, and I ran out of body wash during my shower. not ideal. Room service was frustrating, with a pizza order that took over an hour to arrive, far exceeding the quoted 40 minutes. Adding to that, I dealt with additional fees at check-in that weren't clearly communicated, leaving the experience somewhat clouded.
